okay. i came across My Horizontal Life in a used book store. i'm not sure what drew me to it. maybe it was the cover: a mis-matched collection of photos. or maybe it was the author's name: "hmmm same name as mine, must be a good read... "
i am a slow reader. i'm talking months people. so, my point is, i couldn't put it down. she is a hilarious author and her writing is amazing.
not to mention she is hilarious on t.v (you-tube jay leno).
i am almost done her second book, Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea. i like it just as much, if not more then the first. she writes about her past experiences with friends, boyfriends, dogs, vacations, you name it.
it's an easy read that will make you laugh out loud, promise. go get the books, you'll love them.
